Our Mission
Company Profile
Our company has established its reputation as a provider of high quality
products and excellent service. We
believe that maintaining our reputation is paramount in our day to day business
goals and every noodle, every shell, and every sauce is a testament to this
ideal. El Ricco works vigorously to
provide all customers with a product line that will produce the highest
profitability. And we believe that consistency and quality are major factors in
our success.
Originally, El Ricco’s products were available only through
distributors. However, over the
last few years as the company has expanded, our marketing staff has begun to
deal directly with our customers. Thus
allowing us to provide the same high quality, at greatly reduced prices.
We now take orders directly, deal with customers directly and deliver
directly from our factory. This
allows us to customize our products to the exact needs, wants and desires
of our clientele. Moreover, we have expanded our marketing and sales structure to provide pasta to public consumers. And we have participated with many organizations in their fundraising activities. Thus, we have made our name recognizable to the public as a provider of healthy pasta products. And through our distributors, our products reach markets in the interior of BC and beyond into the prairies. Our goals for the future are to capture a larger share of the lower mainland market, and to expand throughout the Pacific Rim, all while maintaining our reputation for high quality products.
